Zusammenfassung:
This year's conference will be held in
Saratoga Springs, in the Capital Region of New York State, three hour drive
north of New York City.
The Capital Region is a location of a major center in semiconductor
manufacturing and nano technology at the College of Nanoscale Science and
Engineering of the SUNY University at Albany. Nearby are also major research
facilities by GE, Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, and IBM, as well as
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Union College.
